😂 100%. Except, geese are mean, ROFL, I can't imagine having more than one or two. Guessing they reminisce sometimes about working Tier 1 help desk or regret not becoming a Christmas tree farmer 🤣

AI and robots, but this Thanksgiving, I will, as usual, give thanks for antibacterial soap, antibiotics, and the resources to afford groceries and yet another pair of cheap boots that keep my kids' toes from getting frostbite 🙏 Stay real, y'all.

There is a perpetual chasing of balance in finding a good life, but the Hobbesian reality of life being brutal and short is no joke and is forever encroaching, and I am grateful for many aspects of our contemporary world, even as I stand up against technoutopianism and corruption. Whether early

I'm pretty grateful to be able to buy groceries instead of just hoping we don't starve to death. We have approximately 100 pairs of holy socks we intend someday to mend, but that time instead goes to bringing our kids to soccer practice and try providing them with opportunities to grow and thrive.

squeeze out of the dirt. Would I rather be in the woodlot than on a conference call? Heck yeah. But when one of us gets hurt or sick, it's pretty amazing to be able to go to the doctor instead of just getting buried in the backyard. And if we get hit by a drought and our garden comes up short,

dirt under our nails and make do with what we can eek out, I don't find many folks who understand exactly how all-consuming the time and energy commitment is, or the level of danger/risk. A week of labor at my day job provides the resources to purchase what would take an entire season to [hopefully]

My wife and I embarked on a homesteading journey some years ago. Looking back, we were definitely influenced by a romantic pastoralism. With three young boys now, we've adapted, and our life is much more a hybrid of hard work and modern conveniences. While we find it rewarding for our souls to get

The Coalition is currently looking for six young folks from across the state to help present that work to the advisory council. They are also looking for some brave young folks who would be open to sharing their own stories related to hazing, harassment, and bullying at the press conference.

The Education Justice Coalition is planning to virtually present to that state group on December 1st a list of six policy points they've been developing based on feedback from people & families directly impacted by HHB. Following that presentation, they intend to hold a press conference on 12/3.
