Jack Smith did have it .Our Supremes waited and wouldn't hear the case before the election. I believe other organizations Heritage et al push Jack to the back and I will live with seething anger indefinitely over it.I just have to move on psychologically from that .Yes we could have !

There are numerous theories. A higher judge over her jurisdiction wanted her to give the case to a more experienced judge.She did not have experience in a case this complex .She wouldn't do it.Jack didn't mess this up .It was circumstances that kept throwing road blocks. He's an American hero.

The buck stops with Senator Mitch McConnell for not impeaching him after Jan 6 .We wouldn't be having this discussion then .Congress is the place the threat resides.

Believe whatever you want .He worked his Fn a$$ off and at every turn our corrupt Supreme Court threw him roadblocks. Maybe you should have worked for his team of investigators and figured it out .Cannon is a corrupt judge herself. You maybe needed some skin in the game.

Yes the rest of us are home of the brave.My point to you has always been you cannot judge 350 million of us by the corruption of some of the others and unfortunately I dont know how we can stop this corruption. Its a bad situation.

No argument on that point .I still believe the Supremes even tho were intent on preventing the case to be heard before the Prez election. The Supremes had time to hear but refused. I agree on your point tho.

Shoulda...Shoulda. the Christofascist Supremes were intent on UNITARY EXECUTIVE .Even if he had the Supremes REFUSED to hear the case pre election .so any work he accomplished they were intent on thwarting his findings. No way to put the owness on him

Not sure I know the 11th Circuit of Appeals in Atlanta are giving her now less tha 60 days to have Jack's file over to their Court .The 11th Circuit said ruled undue delay on her. Hearing in Congress...he wants a public Hearing, they are afraid of that 😁

And I've heard variations of reasons. After Jan 6 I believe Biden was fearing more violence. Cuz there was violence right ? He may have pushed Garland to ease back ? Yes I agree about Garland tho .Speculation on reasons I guess.
