At aged 45 (almost 10 years ago) I hit upon the only thing that really works for me - water yes but the magic is paracetamol before passing out. About a 70% attenuation of horror the next day.

My cousin 'did his own research' on the COVID vaccine and decided he wasn't putting anything like that in his body. After catching it & 6 weeks in hospital he was eventually overwhelmed and his heart gave in. He was 48 and left a wife & child. There's a circle in hell saved for antivaxers.

By the way I was remarking to the I heart noise proprietor that 'Diana Crash' is the most unsearchable name on the internet. Not sure if that aspect was intentional, or if it's her real name, but Kudos to her nonetheless.
