Quick walk around the #downtownDC neighborhood this morning. 6"-8" or so of snow on the ground where not disturbed, but sleeting was in effect. Walgreens(7th/H) and Gregory's Coffee (7th/E) were open. Enjoy!

The Accolade, an office-to-residential conversion at 1425 New York Ave NW, is now leasing apartments in downtown Washington DC. We witnessed the whole conversion process from the outside and it was pretty quick. These apartments are not cheap.

On this morning's Metro @wmata.com ride was thinking how much safer and nicer riding has become since @wmatagm.bsky.social took over. It got a bit wild coming out of the pandemic. Thanks goes to these folks who help keep safety a primary value both under and above ground.
