This outdated law needs to change

If you want to open a new business like this you have to buy an existing licence off someone else at a price set by them. This is called The Surrender Principle. And it's currently limiting so many potential small businesses. Communities Minister Gordon Lyons is refusing to change this law. We call on the Minister to BIN THE SURRENDER PRINCIPLE

Big news from the UK Supreme Court.

The judgement also says that the current system teaches “pupils to accept a set of beliefs without critical analysis amounts to evangelism, proselytising, and indoctrination.”
