Oh man, billing codes. I don't even wanna talk about how often doctors are like 'billing code?? I don't need to fill that out. Someone else does that.' Then it stays blank....which is a frustrating experience for everyone.

Somehow I feel like that's worse because you gotta convince her that this admin didn't do XYZ....yet anything can happen with them the next day to prove you wrong instead of right.
