Yesterday I cut my fingers (resulting in stitches) while cutting an onion
Today I had a panic attack when my husband cut one for me and then again upon undoing the dressing to clean my wound.
I guess this is a reminder that even the “little” things can be a trauma and counselors are not immune 😅
