I really enjoyed Trudi Canavan when I was younger.
I really feel like she was so far ahead of the curve with what was coming from 'New Adult' style SFF. She got there before the industry even realised it was a thing.

Even Covid didn't get my Da to do the shopping, thankfully. He'd feck the whole thing up whereas me and me Mam have a grand time wandering around Aldi and chatting. I can get more back to my place with her car, as well.
