I truly am muppetry incarnate - leave shopping (including my inhaler) on back of trolley and walk almost back to the hotel before realising. Thankfully it was still there, although a can of beer in my rucksack was pierced. Still a hotel mug’s worth left though, so all good.

Manifesto for life right here everyone - really simple, you don’t need to go out of your way, just be alive to the people around you. A small thing to you can be huge to someone else.
This is how you make the world a better place. Smile, laugh and help the folks next to you. I believe with my whole ass heart that is the only way out of this mess

Not saying today is fated but since my daughter was born (Feb 2019), my record is seen 12, 1 win (vs L1 Peterborough in the cup), D3, L8. F 8 A 28.
Also it’s my lad’s second North End game, 1st was that 4-0 home defeat to Norwich where even Lowe was making a double substitution after 30 minutes.
