I have lost the battle to my email inboxes. I’m so flooded with unnecessary emails that I have let it pile up with unread notifications.

People underestimate how one tiny interaction can derail an ADHDer’s whole day. In the grand scheme, this wasn’t a big to do. It still put me out of commission for the whole day.
How hard is it to take the PDFs from the one folder and copy them into the other? Why did the engineer who is paid more than me think it was ok to ask this of me? I’m a subject matter expert, not a secretary.
