We have a no cooking on Christmas Day rule, except for breakfast pancakes. We split the meal - main course of salads and cold meats at lunch, cold deserts like pav and ice cream in the evening. Cheese and other nibbles available from after breakfast onwards. Chocolate all day.

Anyone would think the referendum had been about Indigenous peoples right to exist, and not a very specific question about a minor change to the bloody constitution.

Pouncing around in public? He was drunk most of the time. If a working class person behaved like Kerr they’d be arrested for D&D. He was hated for who and what he was. The dismissal was just the final straw for most of us
