As much as I'd love to have some out of left field pick, it has to be Melee. Rock solid gameplay with plenty of characters and stages to pick from, great music, aesthetically pleasing menus, and good singleplayer content. I learned a ton about Nintendo's history just from the trophies and things

The GameCube was the first sixth gen system I ever got, and it’s still one of my favorites. Many of my favorite games of all time are on there
