My first try in aquafaba was overly ambitious + from a website, not a good cookbook, + resulted in a salty, runny sort of topping I heaped on a dessert before tasting. Kids now have a song about it: "Bean juice! For dessert at our house!"

(Done right aquafaba's an amazing sub for dairy or eggs!)
