So European languages generally show this box art now, dunno the exact specifics.

Also, Nintendo still uses human models on some occasions (like with the 1-2-Switch! games) which I feel like they wouldn't do without being able to secure prolonged use of said art.

If Wii Fit U can have its box art on Nintendo365 when the time comes (February 1st), it should be fine.

As I said though, the issue seems to be with Wii Fit specifically, and not Wii Fit Plus which did have its box art (human models and all) on Nintendo365 and in Nintendo Music promotion.

Back then the contracts may have had tighter restrictions than they did by the time of Wii Fit Plus.

Seems likely to me that there's some barrier to using the North American box art for Wii Fit, so they opted to use the European art for both games so they'd be consistent. (2/2)
