Wow. I bought a lot of shares in them because I liked the company and when VW bought them I saw it as a good sign. The Saudi stuff is kinda troubling - I had no idea.

The Leftover's is what happens when a fantastic team repeatedly fails and HBO lets them soft-reboot a show three times to try and get it right.
I'm not saying it's bad, parts of it are absolutely fantastic, but it is an amazing piece of process out in the open.

My two biggest hopes on this platform:
A) occasionally if someone writes something and I have a question they answer it
B) if someone writes something I really like they see me say, "Thanks I really enjoyed that."

If it was just Jamelle I would agree, but the dozens of additional pile-ons you get from low esteem randos smelling blood in the water is not fun. There isn't even an opportunity to re-engage and calmly say, "You know what? I was having a bad day and I read that wrong."

I mean Clinton, but yes, Biden-Harris was excellent - particularly given the circumstances.

How about just not bothering? Say something like "We want a 35% tax rate" and then make the marginal tax rate 91%. When people try to say "you're taxing 91%" just say, "oh that's the marginal rate, the tax rate is 35%." Make THEM try to explain it.
