Too many officers already get away with being aggressive. Misconduct does not do enough as it is. This just gives the #Police even more room to get away with criminal activity.

Too many officers already get away with being aggressive. Misconduct does not do enough as it is. This just gives the #Police even more room to get away with criminal activity.
