The colour temperature (the Kelvins) is more important than the type of bulb. My warm white steampunk bulb is 2700K, which is pretty yellow. Though some LED lights let you change the colour temperature, which is also useful.

There are times where it can work, like it's themed around something the editor is known for. But the one I read with an editor story just reinforced my view that the editor didn't really understand their own anthology's theme.

Maybe we were wrong to assume the spammers wanted money for their fake book club exposure. It was organ harvesting all along.
