Finally, actually clicking the chat bubble reveals *A SECOND USELESS FAQ* complete with a useless AI chatbot, that you have to ask to let you talk to a real person (presumably beg, because that's how every fucking company operates now)

Also they make you provide your email again, for some reason 🙃

I was very confused until I went back to the main page and the chat bubble was now there??? So I guess they meant "the chat bubble on all the pages except the one where we direct you to the chat bubble"

Searching the help center for "contact" reveals that the contact info *does* exist, you just have to dig through the useless FAQ to find it.

Clicking the link takes you to *yet another* blank page, directing you to a chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen. Except... there's no chat bubble

I wanted to report this as a bug, so I naturally clicked the "customer service" button in the app -- which takes you to a dead link.

Returning to the Help Center reveals tons of useless FAQ info. No way to contact. Even the main website's footer contains no contact method or info.
