Took me so long to fall asleep I had to get up at midnight to take an ibuprofen and then wait for it to actually kick in
wrist hurts → go see a physical therapist → he thinks it's linked to your long-lasting background cervical pain → he makes you do exercises with your neck → it kinda words → except now your neck hurts for real → doing the exercises is Bad → maybe nothing is gonna get better & i'm destined to suffer
