I love that "turducken" is an option here. This is definitely, I would say, a genre. Evidence is that you can find many recipes for vegetarian, gluten free, or even vegan, versions.

The idea of the "uncategorizable" which is in an odd way also a genre.

There is a *political* distinction between simply being a bigot and actually being committed to a worldview which sees biological race as a reality and racial struggle as the driving force of history.
