Just go out and read something. Learn about a topic that interests you. Try out a hobby you were curious about, even if it ends up not sticking with you.

It's genuinely depressing to see how easily anyone will believe the first thing they see/hear just because it's the first thing and will even go so far as to argue against other sources because they WEREN'T the first thing they came across anymore.

Iirc numerous studies have been done that show 32 hour work weeks (paid the same amount as if it were a 40 hour work week, of course) had no actual drop in productivity and the workers were all in better headspaces and more healthy.
