A few seconds of Sunday morning sunrise at Boundary bay park in Delta BC 🇨🇦 23 November 2025- cold & windy & grey at the beach so I took an inner trail & caught a bit of golden sunrise through the remaining birch leaves 🍂🍁🍂 Listen! Trumpeter swans! 🥰❤️🇨🇦 have a great day everyone 🥰

So excited today - cold, windy, pouring with rain and utterly miserable but look!! Tundra swans! See that yellow tear drop by the eye? It’s noisy & ice green, it sings & laughs as it tumbles over stoney rapids to the sea, telling stories of high mountain peaks & the battles the salmon have to reach their spawning grounds - It doesn’t keep your secrets - it screams them to the wind 🖤

It’s noisy & ice green, it sings & laughs as it tumbles over stoney rapids to the sea, telling stories of high mountain peaks & the battles the salmon have to reach their spawning grounds - It doesn’t keep your secrets - it screams them to the wind 🖤

Young bald eagle at boundary bay Delta BC 🇨🇦🦅 - their juvenile dark feathers lighten over the years until at adulthood (5 years) they have white heads and tails with yellow beaks, eyes and talons! I love documenting these beautiful raptors 🦅❤️

This baby bald eagle is 3 to 4 months old - dark eyes, beak, talons and dark feathers - filmed today Tuesday 15 July 2025 at Tall Trees nest in Delta BC 🇨🇦 - it’ll take five years before he gets the distinctive white head & tail of an adult bald eagle! My passion is filming these beautiful raptors!
