They bilaterally tried this during early lock downs. It was a total failure, we were swapping TP with family just across the river on a regular basis.

I do as well! I often wonder how modern human societies would be affected by contact with other sentient species. Might make us realize we aren't as different as we thought

You seem well intentioned, so no harm, no foul. I'm just angry about the situation as a mom who had complications and a nurse. I just like drawing attention to the facts on the ground here.
