Fun background context: I worked at Toys "R" Us when the madness around the Frozen movies was in full swing, alongside the start of things like Amiibos, Skylanders, and Lego Dimension. About half the calls I'd answer on an average week were folks looking for a specific model of one of those things.

I was actually pretty good at selling the store's credit card, because I was friendly and respectful. I knew I didn't want to just go straight into sales but I liked the idea of helping a creative industry market their work to people of varying creativity levels.
