Not-eating and over-training was part of my "normal" for more than 8 years. It's a habit. Now suck it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Me:... I mean, yes??? Didn't you all want that? 😭 did you think I was gonna remain normal???

It's slower but maybe that's a good thing, I guess
