Yes, I'm more susceptible to it and notice things sooner, but we both have it. Not an overreaction, we just experience this differently.
Oh yeah, that brings back bad memories. It's worse if they have wall mounted speakers and soundbars 😬

I completely get that, yeah. Our old apartment was next to a busy main road that was the lifeline for all emergency services and speeders, so we were always waking up to sirens, revving engines, backfiring exhausts and loud car music. We moved because of our shitty loud neighbor though.
