218. Project Reignition v0.4.2 (Sonic and the Secret Rings fan remake) -- 7/10

definitely makes some significant improvements but I really struggle to call it a substitute for the original in its current state due to design decisions I don't agree with and also being a purist

I really wanna give this game a higher rating for how fun the mid- and late-game is but I can't just forgive that first little bit without many speed skills and the God-awful way they handle backwards movement
