A beautiful tragedy about grief and the dangers of escapism. Godlike OST never failed to carry the emotional weight in every battle and scene. Realistic characters, passion, fantastical art direction, and insanely fun. I’m still overwhelmed.

Mind bending final level and manipulation of the split screen are creativity at its finest. Easter eggs, good laughs, fun mechanics—it felt like a love letter for games.

My favorite MH. Peak gameplay. Got the weapons and builds I wanted. Slayed and captured all the monsters. Spent quality time with Alma and cooked for my Palico. This game gave me everything.
