I feel like there should be a formula like "sitting people are x feet/x% shorter (than normal)" but historically it's never been that simple.
Maybe I'll have to draw this digitally after all, so I can use the resize tool to play with proportions.

Open office/libre office is a free word alternative that's more of a 1:1 swap from Word. I don't have that Word money so I've been using Libre.
