i understand the explanation in the broadcast segment. i am not sure what the one guy meant by implying that ACA is somehow responsible for having increased the cost of health care overall. i am not surprised to learn that ACA hasn't done well relative to its own cost benchmarks. Kinda like the F35.

glad this issue is being covered in some detail. in my limited range of news consuming i see no explicit mention of preexisting conditions - once people find this massive hurdle removed by ACA, we are liberated to start howling about the fed budget impact
