You cant claim to be a leader for survivors and then act like criticism of your public actions is off-limits. If she really cared about accountability, she’d address the harm instead of using legal threats to silence people. What shes doing during this meltdown is exactly what she preached against.

Opinions, criticism, and calling out documented behavior aren’t grounds for defamation either. Plus, courts don’t take kindly to someone using a lawsuit to intimidate. This just reinforces how fragile and desperate her position actually is.

Don’t let this bully scare you, Ophie. She’ll have a hard time suing—not only because she doesn’t know your real identity, but because courts require proof that the case has merit before unmasking someone. She didn’t want the email really to share the drive; that was to try and reveal your identity.

Survivors asked for an explanation for months, and instead of addressing the emotional impact of finding this out or offering clarity, you dismiss them with ‘think about it.’ ??? This is severely tone-deaf and comes off like 3-4 months of mental-gymnastics in order to justify a shitty decision.
