I am furious that DOJ ignored the new federal law requiring release of the Epstein Files. I am equally angry that so many in legacy media seem not to care.

The system tells them college is the only path to success. That any degree is worth the cost.

And the Government backs the loans so colleges raise tuition each year knowing students will borrow more.

Unacceptable.

You can’t get a $500K mortgage if you make $50K/ year

But you can get $200K in student loans for a college degree expected to make $50K/year

Why are we talking in the future tense?
The bill Trump signed into law required the release of ALL the Epstein files by Friday, with very limited exceptions to protect victims. There is no good reason info related to Trump hasn't been released ALREADY.

In preparing for my most recent Supreme Court argument, I realized that I have something in common with the Court’s conservative members. Like them, I do not believe there should be “second-class” constitutional rights subject to judicial balancing. If something is a right, it must be protected.

The New Republic's Greg Sargent is a member of team #ResistanceGenealogy. This is a remarkable piece about how the person running the White House has completely turned his back on his family's history. A must read for all genealogists who know that immigrants made our country great. #genealogy
Some highlights from our Stephen Miller piece:

First, his grandmother has written an unpublished history of some of his ancestors' immigration to the US. We are publishing it online for the first time. They were attacked in terms similar to those he uses today.

When the Department of Justice and the FBI are engaged in blatantly illegal behavior, who can hold them to account? Various members of Congress have talked about making a criminal referral, but to whom should they refer when DOJ itself is chief among the criminals?

We are in uncharted territory.
At Least 16 Files Have Disappeared From DOJ’s Jeffrey Epstein Documents Webpage
The Justice Department did not say why the files were removed or whether their disappearance was intentional.

With outside legal counsel, we are reviewing DOJ’s latest release of the Epstein files, which are largely incomplete, heavily redacted & appear “to be a document dump designed to obscure the truth."

Here are our early takeaways 👇 1/7
