For capturing video, my cameras support h265 10bit 4:2:2. Resulting in highly-compressed, high-quality files.
On ARM Mac using them is a bliss. On PC, HW support is scarce: Later Intel CPUs, NVIDIA RTX 5XXX. Couldn't play in stock VLC!
h265 10bit 4:2:0 is much better supported, though.

Tip for your iPhone Hotspot: change settings / general / about / name to something with latin letters only.
