I dump a scoop of it in a mug, pour hot water over it, mix it up, and drink it like that! I just recommend someone who doesnt like solids in liquids to strain it into their mug first: personally I dont mind it!

Its really good! The type I like has citrus peels in it though: so if you have a textural issue with things in your drinks, its a good idea to filter it after mixing it with hot water. I like the peels, but they aren't for everyone!

I get mine at Costco, but I know Amazon also has it.

It's a citron-ginger jam thing? I get it in huge jars, and go through it by heaping spoonfuls in the winter/when im sick. Its also good *as* a jam on toast!
