HHS Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) - which has been destroyed and functions illegally & until it’s probably shut had an annual budget of $500M. The only federal agency dedicated to healthcare quality and patient safety.

But who cares if your visit to the hospital is safe?
