Amazing. The cultural diversity in academia is one of my main pleasures in life.
Moreover, in Mathematics is not unusual at all to simply follow alphabetical order. I usually follow this rule as it is the rule most of my coauthors prefer. In my case this usually put me in the last spot, not because I own the lab or am the senior author. But simply because I am Silva. 🤦🏽♂
