Just asking questions, but how likely does it seem that when Gill was getting thousands of pounds for spouging Russian talking points, the 'Man of the PayPal' was giving it away for free? Oh wait, I forgot, he's famously reluctant to accept payment for anything but his salary as a public servant. /s
