The light show and village open to the public Friday and if you’re in Philly this holiday season I highly recommend taking this amazing tradition in as it’s going on hiatus while the building is being renovated.

Seeing the Sugarmans joy made me even more joyful and the way they invited my husband and I to experience the Dickens Village with them - as each member of their crew took turns reading the story plaques - reminded me of the real spirit of the season.

I hadn't thought about bulk frying as an issue for your new appliance.

I'm frying a dozen cutlets for Chicken Parm on Friday. I'll check Big Kettle temp with a thermometer, and track recovery time between batches, and let you know how it performs.
