Problem is, I’m struggling to even find time just to draw for myself, as a recreational activity. I’m going to really need to push myself to commit to doing commission work.

I work the Mario Kart ride at Universal Studios Hollywood - there’s a giant sign at the entrance that reads MARIO KART in bold letters. And yet, if I’m at the front, I’m always asked…
“Is this the Mario Kart ride?”
Yes. Yes it is. Don’t let the Yoshi theming for the queue confuse you…! 😂

Yeah that tracks lol. Even here at the Hollywood location, Mario Kart is the big new ride in the block and wait times can be quite crazy from what I’ve observed.
As for the actual game, yeah it can be quite chaotic on your first try, so I get it 😅 maybe you’ll be able to beat Bowser next time!
