SO good, the whole berry sauce on top of the apples makes for such a gr8 balance of tart and sweet and subtle apple pie spices 😊

(i originally did this combo just because i had a bag of cranberries that needed using up, but i'd definitely replicate this again for the holidays, bc festive!)

inspired by the tasting history video, even tho i didn't use... any aspect of the recipe and just freestyled it to fit my specific pan size 😆
