The #referee, behind the Uruguayan captain, is Rudi Glöckner (then East Germany). He’d go on to ref the final of the tournament. Behind Fachetti, we see linesman Kurt Tschenscher (then West Germany). The other linesman, not visible save for a hand, is Josip-Drago Horvat (then Yugoslavia).

Das ist die beste Halbzeit, die irgendein Team in dieser Saison gegen die Bayern gespielt hat. Leipzig kontert Kompanys Manndeckung mit viel Mut, bringt viele Spieler in die vorderen Räume. Auf den Flügeln klar besser. Hinten riskante, aber funktionierende Manndeckung gegen Kane.

Bin mit mir immer noch im Zwiespalt, ob und wie ich die WM in den USA verfolge. Bei der WM in Katar hatte ich mir nur die Spiele des deutschen und japanischen Teams angeschaut, normalerweise schaue ich bei WM/EM soviel wie möglich 😔⚽
