I did my first official (not trial) HIIT class and I am super sweaty. This one was just cardio based so my muscles arnt super tired but I do have the rest of the day to do so we will see how it goes. Its time for this owl to shower

here is the schedule for the week! A few less days this week as I signed up for a very intense fitness class 3 times this week so we are seeing how tired I will be after. If I have energy I may do a surprise stream on one of the days off but for now we are trying to see what a good balance is.
