I think the summer ended up being a bigger rebuild than expected, or the players coming in weren't up to the standard hoped for. Plus the laid back preseason. Hopefully a lot was learned from that. But since realising the extent of the issues, I'd say he did well to turn it back around

He's much, much better in that proper central midfield role. Another good game from him, real box to box midfielder. Popped up everywhere. He picks up the ball deep and turns, and gets the whole team on the attack. That ball to put Lazetic through in the second half was perfect. Starting to love him

The Yengi sub was interesting 😅 I wonder if it was purely for height and physicality. I am interested to see if he can be rehabilitated a bit in an improved team
