You're conflating "state" with "nation". The State of Israel, constituted as a Jewish state in a multi-ethnic, multi-faith land, needs to be dismantled or so thoroughly reformed as to be unrecognisable because its existence is contingent on the ongoing oppression of Palestinians.

really shitty British actions to cover across half the world. Irish history is one part of a huge faecal tapestry, and it's not obvious that it should be prioritised over slave trade, treatment of indigenous people in N America and Australia, British India, or the colonisation of Africa.

Yeah. I pay my licence fee even though I don't watch TV because I think the BBC still does more good than harm in the media landscape. If they pay off Trump with our money? I think millions will join me in saying:
