If you've ever been to a hospital or nursing home recently, the staff is majority H-1B visa workers. The $100K fee is 2x their annual salary. Unsustainable, esp in rural America

As a medical provider > 30 yrs, I'm always leery of medications that seem like the panacea and its amazing to see that GLPs are well-tolerated without any deleterious side-effects. Are there any signals (besides the chronic cough) that GLPs have any major issues? Should we all be microdosing GLPs?
