Ever worry when you see one if you yourself are the vector? I saw Himalayan balsam in my home town the other day (unrecorded there) along the riverbank and it did occur to me I could have quite possibly transported seeds from here while running years ago, as Stirling is riddled with it.

It really isn't. It's a large demographic, not just a few martial-arts-nonce fans.

I'm intrigued by the off-centre crotch blowout (CBO) that you and other respondents are reporting. I find CBO is almost always very near the seam.
I believe there's some debate about whether frequent washing is worse or better for this, and I wonder about fabric softener (not always a good thing).

If you're having the odd scoop as part of a regular diet, rather than for example a shitton of yogurt, you're going to be fine.
But I wouldn't want to be having them every day at the moment.
Bottom line is the more we consume the more heavy metals we take in, because we concentrate them up.

I think more what has happened is just academics have left social media altogether. It's just not a thing I hear anyone mention anymore in a professional context.
I know some of us are here! But not in the same sort of numbers and less active.
