The people at the curry place that I love (and visit far too often) are willing to give me recipe details! 😭
I was scared to ask lol but they were chill about. I only have about 2 more visits left, and the guy said to bring a pen and paper.

realizing with growing horror that I've become a messy eater. I was a one-napkin guy all through my twenties but as I approach forty I'm up to three on average. sometimes I try to trick myself by grabbing a paper towel but even that might not be enough to wipe the crumbs and sauces from my aged body
