Plan for ending the US/Venezuela war: -US must reduce their military to half size -US must hold elections within 100 days -US must give Venezuela Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Florida -No US forces in other countries -EU gives US Security Guarantees against further Venezuelan attacks -Venezuela promises to stop attacking the US -US changes their constitution & can no longer join alliances -All sanctions against Venezuela will be lifted
