Plenty of businesses and business districts already do this and actually do a good job of keeping up with it.

It's just a cost of doing business in the city many are slacking on because they get away with it.

Ignoring the lakefront, and setting aside all the parks because those aren't really nature, the city is still surrounded by forest preserves and you're a short train ride from the Loop to the Indiana Dunes National and State Parks. Only thing we're missing is mountains 🤷
