i kind of wish the game awards didn't try to take up the mantle that E3's absence left behind. it feels like it's just become a hype-fest of mediocrity, like with respect to the devs it's just not presented (on TGA's part) in a way that feels respectful to the hard work the devs have actually done.

honestly it's one of the main reasons why a release took so long, is because Mark wouldn't settle for less than a theatrical release! i don't know if it will end up in cinemas outside the US but still, really fucking cool and i'm so excited to finally see it
